We are dedicated to the growth and success of our business, our customers, and our employees—continuing our commitment to delivering quality since 1906. • Proof copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes and be responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for various Division meetings and events • Organize travel and hotel arrangements for Division events • Assist Marketing Manager with coordination and implementation of Division events • Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for meetings • Coordinate vendor purchases to include clothing and promotional items and distribution of these items as directed • Manage social media platforms to promote and advertise division activities • Conduct daily maintenance of Division Facebook page as needed to maintain currency • Utilize Yammer to promote and advertise division activities to division and company personnel • Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management database systems, and performing basic spreadsheet tracking work • Complete special projects as assigned We are a family-owned business with a long-standing tradition of supporting the diverse communities in which we live and work.
