Marketing Manager - Renewables

The position is responsible for driving the Pearce experience for employees and customers through strategic corporate and brand initiatives. You should be a doer, creator, explorer, very detailed, and energetic with a wide range of experiences, preferably in B2B marketing. DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES • Responsible for the development and implementation of all Company branding, messaging, and marketing efforts for domestic and international sales • Supervises the marketing and communications team, including interviewing, selection, and conducting employee performance appraisals • Identify, prioritize, and develop new marketing strategies utilizing traditional and digital spaces • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the telecom and renewables infrastructure services industry market and emerging trends • Develop an effective marketing budget and ensure appropriate controls are in place for budget adherence • Coordinate efficient marketing activities for all functional groups offered by the company by identifying key marketing outlets and competitive strategies • Work closely with Corporate Development, Sales, and HR/Talent Acquisition Departments • Develop appropriate marketing and advertising support for promotions, marketing communication materials, trade publications, etc.
