Marketing Manager | The New Wheel Electric Bikes

Your Role at The New Wheel: You will manage marketing and advertising initiatives for The New Wheel. Big Picture: • Build a marketing strategy that matches with business growth goals. • Help develop the software stack for sales and marketing automation • Work with our ebike brand partners to coordinate marketing and share costs • Manage advertising budgets and track advertising effectiveness • Produce successful events large and small, in-person and online • Leverage social media to expand The New Wheel's reach and effectiveness • Independently create content (photo, video, written) in our stores, with customers, or at events • Work with our team and contractors to produce videos that market our products & services • Manage and coordinate the delivery of The New Wheel's email campaigns • Manage product and blog content on our website, and help to project manage the next generation New Wheel web experience Typical Duties: • Manage email and web marketing • Manage digital and print advertising • Write for blog, email, and website • Manage an editorial calendar • Promote content through social media channels (4-6 posts per week) • Develop seasonal marketing campaigns • Track and report on performance of marketing campaign • Manage our email CRM, customer segments, and web app integrations • Basic graphic design • Basic video editing • Manage "creatives" (graphic design, copy writing, PR etc.) Active Campaign, Zapier, Jotform, Confluence) • Experience managing sub-contractors • Experience managing website developers • Experience with digital advertising and Google analytics Compensation and Work Schedule: • $65,000 - $75,000/yr + benefits • Hybrid work schedule - 3 days on-site, 2 days remote each week Benefits: • Health and Dental • 2-weeks paid vacation per year • 401K • Pre-tax commuter benefits • Discounts on top brand bicycles and parts How to apply: • Email us a cover letter and make sure to include the word "absolutely" • Send your resume/CV • Send us 2 references from previous employers • Email the above with "Marketing Manager" in the subject line
