- Trouble shoot and resolve any account issues by liaising with the software IT support • Manage DTC and wholesale shipping - Oversee packing of wines - Ensure all wines arrive at final destination, and resolve any shipping issues • Manage website • Basic graphic design experience or experience managing graphic design projects. • Effective project management skills; ability to execute accurately, on-time and within budget. • Experience with allocation management a plus.
