Printing and Production • Operate and maintain in-house printing and finishing equipment • Prepare print files and set up jobs for accurate color, layout, and paper selection • Print, cut, fold, and package materials for distribution • Monitor and manage print supplies such as paper, toner, envelopes, and specialty media • Ensure high-quality results and consistency across all printed materials Education and Experience • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 2+ years of experience in graphic design and print production preferred • Proven ability to design and print professional marketing materials in-house More than 85 percent of her clients come from referrals and repeat business.
