Marketing Production Coordinator (Graphic Designer) | Corporate Office (Hybrid Position)

Essential Functions • Oversee all graphic design needs for advertising, print, internal newsletters, social media, and web graphics. Follow Branding Guidelines and obtain the Marketing Manager's approval before printing or publishing. • Maintains the internal Marketing site on SharePoint and updates it consistently with new creative and content. • Communicate with regional marketing directors and community managers to collect and approve all collateral updates before printing or publishing. And here’s the fine print HR wants you to know: • Job is intermittently sedentary but requires mobility (i.e., climb stairs) to tour, show, and inspect apartments on a daily basis • Will use some repetitive motion of hand-wrist in using computer and writing • Must have normal range of vision to complete applications, leases, general paperwork and handle computerized bookkeeping duties; hearing and speech to communicate with residents, vendors, supervisors and coworkers on the telephone or in person on a regular basis • Must handle stressful, urgent, novel and diverse work situations on a daily basis • Emotional stability and personal maturity are important attributes in this position • Works in a typical office setting with daily exposure to outdoor environment (i.e., heat, cold, damp, rain, etc.)
