Marketing Specialist

Outstanding high tech manufacturing company has an immediate opening for a Marketing Specialist to join their team! • Assist with Social Media post • Assist with tradeshows, corporate events and meetings • Help maintain customer communications programs • Assist with ordering and distributing collateral material (data sheets, brochures, case studies white papers, trade show collateral, etc.) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize, multi-task and work within specific time frames • Strong graphic design skills • Strong writing, verbal and presentation skills • Strong social media skills • Strong Software computer skills • Strong working knowledge of Adobe applications Photoshop, Acrobat, InDesign, and Illustrator • Working knowledge of design and formatting is required • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fluid environment • Self-starting and can prioritize multiple projects • Minimum three years of experience in a business setting, in communications, marketing or public relations capacity with a high tech company • Graphic design experience required • Experience with Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign and the ability to quickly learn other applications as needed • Minimum three years of experience in marketing programs and communications • Ability to effectively work with sales and support groups to ensure that the collateral and tools created achieve corporate objectives • Experience in collateral development, trade show participation, electronic marketing and channel support • Experience in maintaining websites preferred • Experience dealing with vendors and consultants • Experience writing correspondence, website content, announcements, etc. • Knowledge or experience in Audio or related high-tech industry preferred • Experience with web content management systems including WordPresss • Fluent in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
