Department: Marketing Reports To: General Manager Location: Beaumont, TX Type: Full-Time Travel Required: Minimal Graphic Design Focus (60% of role): • Design and create all marketing materials including brochures, product sheets, catalogs, presentations, trade show displays, and promotional materials • Develop and maintain brand identity guidelines and ensure consistent visual presentation across all company materials • Create technical illustrations and diagrams to explain complex product features and applications • Design digital content for website, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising • Coordinate product photography sessions and perform photo editing and enhancement • Create custom graphics, infographics, and visual content to support technical product documentation • Design booth graphics and promotional materials for trade shows and industry events Marketing Support (40% of role): • Support digital marketing initiatives including social media content creation and management • Assist with website content updates and visual optimization • Manage LinkedIn company page and create engaging visual content for professional platforms • Support email marketing campaigns with visual design and layout • Coordinate with external vendors for printing, promotional items, and specialized services • Assist with trade show coordination and marketing event support • Maintain organized marketing asset library and brand compliance documentation • Support marketing analytics by creating visual reports and presentations • Collaborate with engineering team to understand products and translate technical features into compelling visual communications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience • 3-5 years of experience in graphic design with marketing support experience preferred • Expert proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) • Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic design capabilities across print and digital media • Experience with website content management and basic web design principles • Photography skills including product photography, photo editing, and basic studio setup • Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and creating social media content • Knowledge of print production processes and vendor coordination • Strong understanding of brand development and visual identity systems • Experience creating technical or industrial marketing materials preferred • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite • Extended periods of computer use for design work and content creation • Ability to move around the facility to photograph products and manufacturing processes • Occasional travel to trade shows or events for design and setup support
