The Marketing Specialist, Graphic Design will support the Senior Graphic Designers and Marketing leadership through both graphic design and assisting with collecting, categorizing and digitizing historical Show documents. This role has a unique combination of both graphic design and project management, including supporting a volunteer-run task force to preserve the organization’s historical assets. • Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design • Experience managing projects, digitizing historical files a plus • Experience managing print jobs, as well as working with printers a plus • Organized and detail-oriented • Ability to handle multiple projects at once • Ability to manage requests from multiple internal stakeholders at once • Ability to meet tight deadlines • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience During the Show, the employee may be required to frequently walk to various places on the grounds. The work setting is a busy, fast-paced, marketing and event environment, with strict and multiple deadlines.
