SUMMARY The Marketing Specialist, Graphic Design will support the Senior Graphic Designers and Marketing leadership through both graphic design and assisting with collecting, categorizing and digitizing historical Show documents. This role has a unique combination of both graphic design and project management, including supporting a volunteer-run task force to preserve the organization's historical assets. Assist the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Director with 100th year anniversary planning and preparation, including project management and working with volunteers for collecting and categorizing historical files. Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design Experience managing projects, digitizing historical files a plus Experience managing print jobs, as well as working with printers a plus Organized and detail-oriented Ability to handle multiple projects at once Ability to manage requests from multiple internal stakeholders at once Ability to meet tight deadlines Associate's or bachelor's degree in graphic design, marketing, communications or related field or equivalent experience COMPUTER SKILLS Working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator InDesign Photoshop AfterEffects - is a plus Experience with Microsoft Office software Powerpoint Outlook Word Excel LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos. During the Show, the employee may be required to frequently walk to various places on the grounds.
