Marketing Specialist / Graphic Design

This position focuses heavily on graphic design, visual branding, print and digital materials, and creative asset development to ensure consistent, professional, and engaging visual communication with members. Responsibilities • Design and produce visual marketing materials including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, digital ads, and in-branch collateral that align with WEOKIE's brand guidelines and credit union goals. Requirements • A Bachelor's Degree is required in either graphic design, visual communications, marketing, or related field and/or minimum of 1 to 3 years of related experience. • Ability to blend technical design skills with creative problem-solving from a business point of view to provide seamless support of department initiatives. • Ability to represent WEOKIE professionally, interact effectively and deliver engaging presentations to various audiences, including members, business‐partners, and employees ‐ articulate the Credit Union movement, the WEOKIE difference, the WEOKIE brand, and the benefits of WEOKIE products and services that result in deeper and more meaningful relationships.
