*Role Description**
WEOKIE is seeking a full-time Marketing Specialist – Graphic Design & Communications to join our team on-site in Oklahoma City, OK. The specialist will be responsible for creating visually appealing marketing materials, developing effective marketing strategies, conducting market research, and ensuring consistent brand communication. Tasks include designing digital and print assets, managing social media and communication channels, collaborating with various teams, and supporting customer engagement initiatives through innovative marketing campaigns.
*Qualifications**Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and collaborate with different teams.Experience in market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.Proficiency in sales strategies to enhance customer acquisition and retention.Expertise in creating and implementing result-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.Background in customer service with a focus on understanding and addressing member needs.Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design-related software.Strong organizational and time management skills to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred.
