Marketing Specialist/Graphic Designer

Rochester, NY Rochester, NY Full-time Full-time $20 - $26 an hour $20 - $26 an hour Kenworth Northeast is looking for a creative Marketing Specialist/Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to build brand identity with engaging content leveraged in print, digital, and video. While graphic design and content creation is at the heart of this role it will also support general marketing activities as needed. Mange social media accounts including posting engaging content, interacting with industry relevant accounts and responding to customer inquiries Reputation management, including responding to online review and escalating for issue resolution as needed Copy writing for marketing materials Email marketing for multiple audiences and campaigns Employee communication support, including intranet content creation and email news Maintain brand standards Support customer events at stores as needed Support Director of Marketing in tasks as requested Some travel required Specialized Skills: Required: InDesign, Photoshop, WordPress, SharePoint, Office 365 (including Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint) Nice to have: Illustrator, HubSpot Marketing Automation Education: BA in Graphic Design, Communication or related field Work Experience: 3-5 years. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications
