Christian Village Communities is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Marketing Strategist & Graphic Designer to join our team. This role supports marketing, branding, social media, website management, graphic design, and digital communications initiatives across the organization.

This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level candidate or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing, content creation, branding, and communications within a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

Manage and update website content, blogs, newsletters, and calendars
Develop and schedule social media content across multiple platforms
Create marketing materials including flyers, brochures, newsletters, advertisements, and digital graphics
Assist with photography and videography projects
Support email marketing campaigns and organizational communications
Monitor SEO, website analytics, and social media engagement
Assist with recruitment marketing and community events
Maintain brand consistency across all communication platforms

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
Equivalent experience and entry-level applicants will be considered
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools preferred
Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and content marketing preferred
Proficiency in WordPress and Microsoft Office required
Graphic design experience preferred
Strong written communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
Photography and/or videography experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Salary Range: 55,000-65,000
