POSITION TITLE: Marketing/Graphic Design Specialist (Part-Time... CHARACTERISTICS OF POSITION: Increase the publics awareness of Georgetown Scott County Parks and Recreation special events, recreation programs, parks, and facilities by researching and writing content for press releases, the website, social media, and collateral material. The marketing specialist also will work closely with local media and community agencies for program promotions, as well as the in-house graphic designer under the guidance of the Marketing and Special Events Manager. Create digital designs and graphics for social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) Processes: Must be able to create print and digital marketing with minimal instructions.
