Marketing/Graphic Design Specialist - Commercial Real Estate

Northmarq is seeking a dynamic individual for the role of a Marketing/Graphic Design Specialist to support our marketing and transaction efforts for our Multifamily Investment Sales teams in the Charlotte, NC office. The position entails working with a diverse group of stakeholders at all levels of the organization, and the individual will require independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment. This position will play a key role in assisting Sales Teams with graphic design, e-marketing, and photo editing in the promotion of our real estate listings including the deliverables and marketing campaigns. • This position is an in-office position with an immediate, near-term start date. Digital Marketing: • Manage, create, and send marketing emails through the company's marketing automation tool • Act as a resource for marketing automation platform with client-facing sales professionals • Leverage Salesforce for data and contact list development • Review analytics and provide recommendations for improvement
