Keep reading. * Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics, and layouts ahead of market trends * Develop illustrations and design briefs by gathering information and data through correspondence with clients and other in-house departments * Work in a small team setting to achieve company wide goals * Manage innovative product development and pipeline strategy to support brand's strategic direction, including focus in fast-growing categories and subcategories, hero products, and brand- building channels * Carry out white space opportunities based on findings from consumer insights, social listening, CRM data and transposition from other industries * Remain relentlessly up-to-date on emerging and future trends across all relevant industries to identify and grow business opportunities * Manage implementation of creative technology solutions for the brand that increase efficiency, reduce spend and increase marketing reach * Leverage data to inform decision-making for strategy development and adjustments as necessary * Lead team to track platform engagement and effectiveness through appropriate analytical tools * Demonstrate professional-level graphic design skills with a strong and well-presented portfolio * Excellent organizational and communications skills, with an excellent command of the English language and excellent written (email) and verbal skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize to balance work on several projects at a time in a changeable environment.
