Marketing/Graphic Designer

The **Marketing/Graphic Designer** role is 20+ hours/week. **Responsibilities** * Assist with RFP process, designing graphics and layouts for proposals * Design presentations for project interviews * Design and update brochure books and other marketing collateral * Assist with social media content strategy and design graphics for posts * Assist with publicity efforts & strategy * Assist with streamlining marketing processes * Support graphic design project work (Design environmental graphics / signage for projects) **Qualifications** * Proficient in Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) * Proficient in Canva * Experience using and creating content for social media platforms * Branding experience * Environmental graphics / signage experience or interest * Email marketing experience (i.e. mailchimp) * Graphic Design degree * Strong graphic design sensibilities * Solid interpersonal skills; ability to work with both peers and senior members of the firm.
