Are you a graphic designer with a passion for helping shape vibrant communities and places that matter? Do you enjoy working as part of a team and value collaboration in the design process?

We are currently seeking an Entry-level Marketing/Graphic Designer professional to join our team in Orlando, Florida.

This is a part-time 24 hour per week position working on-site Tuesday through Thursday in our Orlando office.

Under direct supervision, the Marketing/Graphic Designer will assist with marketing initiatives and business development efforts by coordinating proposal activities and producing accurate, high-quality marketing materials, such as social media and website management, that promote Company services and strengthen Client pursuits.

What You Will Do

· Assist with Company proposal production workflow, including bids, RFPs (Request for Proposals), and RFQ (Requests for Qualifications), to promote Company services and support business development strategic objectives. Assists with reporting and tracking associated schedules to ensure production timelines are met.

· Collect and organize content to assist with producing, formatting, assembling, and printing and binding Company marketing and related Client-facing materials, including RFPs, reports, documents, presentations, social media, and other marketing collateral. Ensure deliverables meet established brand and style guidelines, technical formatting criteria, accessibility requirements, and quality assurance standards prior to distribution or submission.

· Assist with designing visual layouts and other templates for Company marketing and related Client-facing documents, reports, presentations, and other materials. Ensure all designs are aligned and consistent with established brand and style guidelines, technical formatting criteria, accessibility requirements, and quality assurance standards.

· Assist with designing graphics and other visual elements for Company and related Client-facing materials. Ensure all designs are aligned and consistent with established brand and style guidelines, technical formatting criteria, accessibility requirements, and quality assurance standards.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across the organization to coordinate tasks and deliverables.

· Perform additional duties, as assigned.

Skills and Abilities

· Proficiency in Adobe InDesign with demonstrated experience creating multi-page documents and layout designs

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, competing deadlines

· Foundational analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently and effectively within team environments

Minimum Requirements

· Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field

· Years of experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience

· Professional Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications: None

Preferred Qualifications

· Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
