We’re seeking a motivated and reliable individual to join our team full-time to support marketing, branding, promotions, and events across our growing portfolio. Website / E-Commerce • Manage existing websites and assist with development of new pages or sites • Create and update content: copywriting, product listings, images, and layout • Maintain accurate product descriptions, pricing, and digital assets • Provide customer support via email, social media, and phone as needed • Strong written communication skills with the ability to create engaging marketing content (social, email, website) • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Basic computer literacy: email/calendar management, spreadsheets, data entry, file organization • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling product data, pricing, event logistics, or customer information • Comfortable interacting with customers via email, social media, or phone in a professional and friendly manner • Ability to troubleshoot technical or platform-related issues (website updates, scheduling posts, managing listings) • Reliability in managing deadlines, calendars, and project workflows • Ability to take direction on brand guidelines and maintain consistent brand voice and style • Experience writing and designing email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar) • Basic website/e-commerce management skills (Shopify, Squarespace, or WordPress), including uploading products, updating content, and tracking customer inquiries • Familiarity with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar) for creating marketing materials, flyers, and product labels Ability to Commute: • Lancaster, PA 17603 (Required)
