Cator, Ruma & Associates is seeking a Marketing Coordinator with a minimum of 2-3 years of communications experience in a fast-paced office environment. This position is an in-office position with a strong focus on production. Typical Responsibilities include assisting the Marketing Manager with the following: • Reports directly to the Marketing Manager • Preparing marketing information for clients including proposal and presentation development • Maintenance/upkeep of qualification information and photo/resume databases • Preparing responses to RFQs/RFPs • Website and social media updates • Tracking marketing opportunities • Administrative tasks such as routine typing of correspondence and filing • Internal marketing (communications and assistance for company and staff events) The candidate must have: • High level of written and verbal communication skills • High attention to detail • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, etc.) • Short and Long Term Disability, Life Insurance plan 100% paid for the employee.
