This role develops creative solutions from concept through final production, collaborating with cross-functional teams and outside vendors to deliver high-quality materials that communicate clearly, engage audiences, and meet project objectives. Primary Duties and Responsibilities · Create on-brand visual materials that support organizational messaging and project objectives under the guidance of the Assistant Director. · Maintain current proficiency in design software, tools, and production methods. · Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with Cvent * Ability to interpret creative direction and feedback from the Assistant Director and translate it into effective design solutions. * Experience with basic motion graphics, environmental/display design and video asset preparation is a plus.
