You will work side-by-side with leadership in an iterative, agile design team that spans print, web, social media, presentations, advertising, large-format signage, collateral, etc.The Graphic Designer will:Serve as a senior member of a growing design team.Lead graphic design projects from concept to production to delivery.Brainstorm and ideate design concepts for new and existing campaigns/projects.Work closely with stakeholders to bring complex concepts to life through effective visual storytelling.Design across channels including web, social media, emails, print collateral and presentation layouts.Manage and maintain a digital asset management system for photography, video and graphic assets.Coordinate graphic design and production with vendors and external partners.What You Need to Succeed at McKinstryHigh degree of creativity and problem-solving.Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft PowerPoint and other design-based applications.
