Media Graphic Design Coordinator

The ideal candidate is an active, dedicated follower of Jesus with a servant's heart for ministry: they love God, they love people, and they love the church. Key Responsibilities Expert knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Familiarity with layout, typography, print production, and digital asset specs.Design graphics, series branding, event signage, stage graphics, slides, and environment visuals.Design, update, andmaintainthe organization's website, ensuring content is current, visually engaging, mobile-responsive, andoptimizedfor user experience.Ensure visual consistency and high design standards across all church communications.Collaborate directly with ministry directors to understand their specific project needs and communication needs.Participate actively in event planning meetings, contributing innovative ideas.Partner with the social media team to build visual strategies for events, campaigns, website assets, email marketing, and print collateral.Manage design projects from concept to final print/digital delivery, keeping projects on schedule in a fast-paced ministry environment.Strong time-management skills; ability to prioritize competing deadlines across multiple ministry departments without sacrificing design quality.Strong interpersonal skills with a heart for servant leadership and a passion for serving our Meadowbrook family and our community.Maintains an attitude of excellence, authenticity, and intentional collaboration across all team interactions.
