Media/Digital Artist (Graphic Designer) (19758)

This position will be responsible to produce branded assets for websites, banner ads, emails, social media, digital displays, and print, contributing to high-impact projects such as the A&M Magazine (published twice annually), admissions materials, brochures, advertisements, micro-sites and large-scale templates for video walls and interactive boards; The incumbent will collaborate with our marketing, social media and media relations teams to accomplish projects from goal clarification, initial content categorization, design (of icons, banners, audio enhancements, etc. Maintain the University's graphics standards and procedures manual; Assists in maintaining a consistent graphic image for the University; Assist in maintaining a catalog of all University forms; Assist with the operation and maintenance of departmental creative equipment; Collaborate with requesting campus clients to create approved graphic designs for University publications, ranging from flyer's to brochures; Attend project concept meetings to provide input to the communications team and its external clients; Recommend procedures for the use of off-campus creative service firms and vendors; Assists in the training of all department staff and student workers on design/branding standards; and perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
