Job Summary: The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual assets that support Erlanger's marketing, communications, and branding efforts. This role designs across a wide variety of platforms digital and print and ensures that all creative materials meet brand standards, engage the intended audience, and contribute to broader campaign goals. Working under the supervision of the Art Director, the Graphic Designer supports the execution of service line campaigns, internal initiatives, Foundation events, public-facing/patient collateral health communications, and organizational storytelling efforts. -Assist in the development of campaign-specific brand extensions and design systems Education: Required: Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field Preferred: Experience: Required: -3-5 years of professional experience in a design role, preferably within a marketing team, agency, or healthcare/nonprofit setting -Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) -Strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and brand application -Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines -Experience preparing files for both print and digital production Position Requirement(s): License/Certification/Registration Required: N/A Preferred: N/A Department Position Summary: Erlanger's in-house marketing team functions with the operational structure and collaborative intensity of a modern marketing firm serving the healthcare system through strategic brand, service line, and community-facing campaigns.
