Junior Graphic DesignerThe Junior Graphic Designer supports the development and production of visual assets across digital and print formats. As a developing creative professional, the Junior Graphic Designer learns the brand, builds production skills, research trends and gains exposure to a wide variety of marketing, communications, and design needs across the healthcare system. This position requires reliability, strong attention to detail, a collaborative attitude, and a desire to grow in both design skill and strategic understanding.Responsibilities include:Updating and adapting templated marketing materials such as flyers, postcards, signage, internal graphics, social media images, and digital ads.Preparing and formatting assets for use in digital, print, and presentation contexts.Supporting versioning of campaign materials across locations, service lines, or targeted audiences.Assisting in the development of visual assets for service line campaigns, internal communications, Foundation events, and community outreach programs.Working in partnership with the Graphic Designer to support layout, image sourcing, iconography, and asset assembly.Participating in creative feedback sessions and implementing revisions as directed by the Art Director.Ensuring all assigned design work aligns with Erlanger's brand guidelines and visual standards.Maintaining accuracy, consistency, and visual clarity in all outputs especially when working from templates or style guides.Helping maintain the creative library of assets, templates, and archived design files.Learning Erlanger's brand voice, aesthetic system, and design philosophy through hands-on application and mentorship.Receiving coaching and constructive feedback from the Art Director and Graphic Designer to grow in both technical and conceptual design skill.Staying curious and proactive in building design knowledge and expanding capabilities.Education: Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). This role is a foundational position for a developing designer, offering hands-on experience across a wide range of visual applications.
