Welcome to our world.The Senior Graphic Designer role at MEGHANI is a full-time, salaried position reporting directly to the Creative Director of BREDA. From conceptualizing digital campaigns to designing physical collateral, this person will help shape the way people experience BREDA.What You’ll Do:Brand & Campaign CreativeCollaborate with the creative team to develop and execute concepts across brand campaigns, product launches, and seasonal storytellingDesign for multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, social, digital advertising, and webSupport ideation and mockups for campaign briefs, look books, and new product launchesDay-to-Day Design ExecutionOwn and manage the design and execution of newsletters, paid ads, and social assets using pre-established templates and custom designsLead web design needs including homepage updates, product page flips, and landing pagesDesign physical collateral such as event signage, packaging, and retail assetsPartner with marketing, brand, and creative teams to understand priorities and deadlinesHelp define and streamline design processes and file handoffsManage and mentor junior design support or freelancers when neededMaintain visual consistency across all outputs, keeping everything in line with the BREDA brand systemWhat You’ll Bring:4–6 years of graphic design experience, preferably in-house at a consumer brand or creative agencyStrong portfolio that showcases a range of work across digital, print, and brandingExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)Experience designing for email (Klaviyo a plus), paid social, and web platformsComfortable working within templates but also conceptualizing from scratchStrong understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchyAbility to manage multiple projects and timelines at onceA self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentPassion for branding, fashion, design, and storytellingNice to Haves:Motion design experience (After Effects or similar)Familiarity with Shopify or web design tools like WebflowWhat You’ll Get:Competitive salary and performance incentivesMedical, dental, and vision benefitsDiscretionary Time Off (DTO)Employee discounts for both JBW and BREDA brands #J-18808-Ljbffr
