We offer a wide range of printed materials, including high-end prayer cards, thank-you cards, register books, and marketing materials that support our customers, the families they serve, and our sales team.We are looking to hire a Graphic Designer to join our team! You should also be able to work independently, problem-solve when given limited direction, and have strong verbal communication skills.Design Responsibilities/ Job Requirements (80% of time)Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design preferred*Entry level designers and those with equivalent/relevant experience will be considered with a strong portfolio of workExperience with Adobe Creative Suite with a focus on Photoshop (daily), InDesign (daily), and Illustrator (limited use)Demonstrated photo editing/retouching/manipulation skillsStrong sense of typography and compositionAbility to make educated design decisions based on the target audience, regardless of personal design style, as well as receive and learn from constructive criticismThe ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers and peersEagerness to learn new design techniques and processesOther Responsibilities/Skills (20% of time)Various print finishing tasks ie: Laminating, Cutting/Trimming, Shrink WrappingPackaging and shipping tasksMore About Our Design Process:We work directly with funeral homes and funeral directors to create meaningful tributes for the families they serve.
