Meridian Realty Group, founded in 1986, is a specialized commercial real estate brokerage serving the Triad region of North Carolina. This position is responsible for designing, producing, and maintaining all marketing materials for property listings while developing strategies that promote Meridian’s brand presence across the Triad. * Commercial Listing Platform Management:Maintain, update, and audit all company property listings across primary commercial real estate platforms, including CoStar, Crexi, LoopNet, and regional CRE databases to ensure maximum exposure and accurate data. * Industry & Data Knowledge:Experience leveraging GIS databases, demographic research tools, and commercial real estate listing platforms. * Strategic & Sales Mindset:Ability to align marketing collateral with business development goals to support broker sales initiatives.
