What You Will Do: Graphic Design for Proposals and Presentations Design engaging layouts, infographics, organizational charts, and custom graphics for proposals and interview presentations.Develop leave-behind materials that clearly communicate Messer's value proposition.Support final production tasks including printing, binding, and packaging to ensure timely and compliant delivery.Visual Storytelling Collaborate with proposal managers, technical staff, and pursuit leadership to craft compelling visual narratives.Translate complex data and concepts into intuitive, persuasive graphics.Brand Alignment and Quality Control Ensure all visual materials adhere to Messer's brand standards.Conduct final reviews for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with messaging goals.Asset Management Maintain and refine visual assets, proposal templates, and qualification overviews.Organize and manage a library of reusable graphics and templates for future pursuits.Collaboration and Communication Participate in strategy sessions and team reviews.Work closely with pursuit leads and proposal staff to ensure visuals meet client expectations and strategic objectives .What You Will Bring: Bachelor's degree in graphic design , Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.1-5 years of experience in graphic designProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat etc. In business since 1932 and employee-owned since 1990, Messer is the commercial construction company committed to building better.
