About the Role We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Production Graphic Designer with prior exposure to screen printing or embroidery workflows and a basic understanding of color separation. You will be responsible for preparing production-ready artwork, creating basic color separations, organizing files, and supporting workflow coordination using Excel/Sheets. Operations & Workflow Support • Track production jobs and assist with scheduling. Who We’re Looking For • 1–3 years of graphic design or print production experience.
