Mid-Level Graphic Designer

Welcome to Love's: Join our dynamic in-house creative team at Love's as a Mid-Level Graphic Designer. Conceptualize and create graphic designs for advertising campaigns and branding efforts across various mediums.Focus on designing corporate/B2B sales and advertising materials.Develop visual workflows, storyboards, and concepts to craft engaging content.Collaborate effectively with creative team members, marketing project managers, and other designers to gather necessary information and resources.Maintain high design standards, ensuring attention to detail in layout, typography, and overall aesthetics.Prepare final design work using creative software and follow through with print production proofing.Manage your workload independently, ensuring projects are executed with precision and attention to detail.Assist in coordinating photography, artwork, and printing tasks.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field required.2-6 years of creative experience in either an agency or in-house design setting.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Familiarity with photography and experience with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus, but not mandatory.Skills and Requirements: At Love's, we've been fueling customers' journeys since 1964 with a commitment to innovation.
