Mid-Level Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a highly creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team at a prominent craft brewery. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is excited to create work in a variety of mediums, from beer labels to campaign branding and festival signage. Design and execute creative assets across a wide range of brand touchpointsDevelop branding beer releases, campaigns, events, and festivalsCreate print and digital marketing materials including posters, menus, point-of-sale materials, ads, email graphics, and social assetsDesign beer labels and packaging that align with brand standards while pushing creative boundariesProduce environmental graphics and festival/event signageCollaborate closely with marketing, taprooms, and sales teams to bring campaigns to lifePrepare production-ready files for print vendors and manufacturing partnersContribute to concept development, brainstorming, and creative strategy discussionsMaintain consistency across brand while helping to evolve the overall visual identity 2–4 years of professional graphic design experienceStrong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, print, and digital workAdvanced skills in Adobe Creative SuiteStrong typography, layout, color, and production skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsHigh attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership over creative workPassion for craft beer, music, food, culture, or lifestyle brands is a plus The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc.
