Responsibilities Under general direction from the Marketing Director, this position is responsible for layout and preparation, as well as execution of artwork for a variety of marketing purposes Projects may include, but are not limited to: product catalogs, brochures, sell sheets, print/digital ads, product packaging, product displays, web design graphics, Email campaigns, as well as social media needs Collaborate with Marketing team as well as other various departments including sales and other departments to create requested graphics Understanding of design trends for various print media as well as digital/social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram primarily) Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and layouts Assist in the creation of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and social media posts Use Adobe Illustrator and other design software to create and edit graphics Manipulate photos and images to enhance their visual appeal Create motion graphics and animations for various projects Maintain a consistent brand identity across all design projects Qualifications Applicable college level training in graphic design or equivalent art school training Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and fluent using Adobe Creative Suite programs on a PC or MAC based platform 5+ years of agency or in-house professional design experience Possess creative problem-solving skills for visual design and proficiency in typography Good interpersonal skills Leadership skills Innovative, creative, and collaborative skills Knowledge of various and relevant file types, computer systems and applications The ability to exercise initiative, problem solving and decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet critical deadlines Denver, CO 80239: Relocate before starting work (Required) Benefits Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Professional development assistance Vision insurance 8 hour shift Monday to Friday #J-18808-Ljbffr
