Impress us.Primary Responsibilities:Specialization in one or more areas of design, such as user experience (UX) design, user interface (UI) design, visual design, interaction design, user research and analysis, or product development.Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with software engineers and other stakeholders.Illustrate design ideas using wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps as needed.Successfully apply those wireframes, process flows, and sitemaps to create prototypes, mockups, and final compositions to show and demonstrate designs.Craft simple motion graphics and ensure implementation by software engineers is solid.Provide feedback to software engineers as designs are implemented to ensure user experience is cohesive and accurate.Regularly workshop efforts with the Creative Director and the Creative Operations team to maintain a cohesive design and quality of the digital product.Leverage design thinking and questioning techniques to develop strategies where pathways are not always clear.Prepare and help guide software engineers on the implementation of UI/UX designs into Captivate and/or Unity.QualificationsRequired experience, skills, and traits:Bachelors’ Degree plus at least three (3) years’ experience in graphic design (such as web, mobile, motion graphics, branding and logo design, etc.).
