This is a vital role within the Communications Department supporting the internal and external communications of Animal Friends through marketing and branding efforts. The Designer is involved in creating Animal Friends’ communications through print, electronic and digital media, as well as events, photography and videography and must have experience and proficiency in these areas. As the “visual voice” of the organization, the Designer must demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Animal Friends’ mission, vision and programs as well as a fundamental understanding of animal welfare. • Integrates volunteers into day-to-day functions to assist with writing, editing, photography and other tasks as needed. • CMS/CRM – must have experience with content management systems and customer relationship management software.
