Full-Time | Freelance-to-Hire Option We’re a small, fast moving post-production studio in Philadelphia, specializing in high end retouching and complex compositing work across advertising, editorial, and pharmaceutical campaigns. We're looking for a Mid to Expert Level Photo Retoucher and Digital Composite Artist. This individual must be highly self sufficient and solutions oriented, a person who can confidently manage their own workload, juggle multiple tasks or deadlines, and make smart, informed decisions without needing constant oversight. What We’re Looking For: • 3–5 years of professional retouching experience • Mid to Expert-level Photoshop skills with a strong portfolio of retouching and compositing work • Keen eye for detail, color, and realism • Strong communication and ability to interpret creative direction • Experience with video editing and color grading is a strong plus • Based in (or able to work from) Philadelphia Fishtown area; hybrid possible
