Founded in 2014, MAAP was born out of a desire to propel cycling forward. We focus on designing performance apparel for a new wave of cyclists redefining the sport. Our products are grounded in innovation, style, and function. Collaborating with the Global Creative Director and broader creative team to develop and execute on-brand visual assets across all channels, including:Product and brand campaignseCommerce, digital marketing (EDMs, social, paid media)Retail signage and in-store experiencesPackaging, editorial layouts, and lookbooksOwning the design and rollout of creative assets, from initial concept through to final delivery.Contribute to moodboarding, typographic systems, colour palettes, and graphic treatments that elevate the brand’s visual language.Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver assets aligned with strategic objectives and go-to-market plans.Prepare and package artwork for production across print and digital formats.Maintain high standards of design and brand integrity while adapting visuals for multiple markets and platforms.Stay informed on cycling, fashion, and design trends and incorporate forward-thinking ideas into your work. Demonstrated experience to mid-weight level in a brand, agency, or fashion/apparel settingProficient in FIGMA, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and with strong layout and typographic skillsExperience working across both digital and print formatsA portfolio that demonstrates creative excellence, conceptual thinking, and consistent executionAble to work independently while collaborating within a fast-paced team environmentComfortable managing multiple projects with tight deadlinesA strong eye for photography, colour, and composition
