Central Employment are working a highly regarded creative, digital and design advertising agency, as they look to expand there team with a new creative and motivated Midweight Multimedia Designer.Working with major global brands, we develop marketing communications targeting healthcare professionals, payers, influencers, patients and consumers.The Role Midweight Multimedia designer role is ideal for someone with strong visual storytelling skills who can confidently deliver engaging multimedia content across digital, social, video, and print platforms. You’ll collaborate closely within our perfectly formed team which is small enough to take full autonomy yet large enough to work on internationally significant projects. You will utilise your experience to design and produce items including impactful campaigns, brand assets, motion graphics, and multimedia experiences.Key Responsibilities:Working across a diverse mix of platforms to design and build a wide range of deliverables, such as interactive detail aids, presentations, websites, e-learning and printStoryboarding and idea generation to produce and edit video content, motion graphics, and animations for campaigns and branded contentSupport the development and evolution of brand identity across multiple channelsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret briefs and translate ideas into compelling visual conceptsManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standardsStay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and multimedia best practicesContribute creative ideas during campaign planning and brainstorming sessionsPresent, both internally and to client stakeholdersEnsuring a full awareness of the allocated budget and deadline delivery expectationsEssential3 years’ experience in a multimedia or graphic design roleStrong portfolio showcasing digital design, video, and print workProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and Premiere ProSolid understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual hierarchyExperience working within brand guidelines across multiple brandsAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environmentDesirableExperience with Figma or other UI/UX design toolsHTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledgeExperience creating content for social media and digital marketing campaigns#J-18808-Ljbffr
