Undergraduate degree in graphic design, communications, or related field preferred Minimum three (3) years graphic design experience preferred Able to solve complex design problemsMust work collaboratively as part of a creative team Display exceptional conceptual and design skills.Possess a knowledgeable foundation in layout, typography, color, balance, composition, and current design trends.Maintain discipline to consistently apply and enforce style and brand guidelines.Understand digital and print requirements.Able to respond professionally to direction, constructive critique, and client feedback.Able to prioritize, problem solve, and work well under pressure to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Must possess a strong attention to detailMust take the initiative to complete the duties of the position without the need of direct supervision.Willing to learn and utilize new skills and information to improve job performance and efficiency.
