This designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual solutions across various platforms to effectively communicate our client's brand and engage their audience.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with clients, project managers, and other team members to understand design requirements and project objectivesDevelop creative concepts and design layouts for digital and print mediaPresent design ideas and concepts to stakeholders for feedback and approvalRevise designs based on feedback and ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and consistent with brand guidelinesStay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring innovative ideas to the teamPrepare and package design files for production or developmentManage multiple projects and deadlines efficientlyQualificationsProven experience as a designer or in a similar creative roleProficiency with design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar toolsStrong portfolio showcasing creative and technical design skillsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and teamwork abilitiesAbility to receive and implement constructive feedbackRequiredBachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related fieldSubmitting a portfolio, or sample files, is required for full consideration; Skipping this step will automatically disqualify you from consideration for the positionPreferredExperience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D designKnowledge of HTML/CSS (for web designers)Experience working in an agency or fast-paced environmentIndividual(s) must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for immigration support or sponsorship from Milliman now or in the future.The TeamThe pharmaceutical consulting team is a group of 60+ individuals in the Indianapolis Health practice from varying backgrounds including actuaries, data analysts, pharmacists, and graphic designers.
