Printing and marketing shop seeking a kind, detail-oriented full-time customer service representative. You will interact with both commercial and walk-in accounts You will need to keep records of information in a database You must have the ability to learn our software and pricing structure, we will train receptive candidates This team member will need to communicate clearly, stay organized, and effectively relay the wishes of customers to the graphic design department Sales or marketing experience preferred Printing or design experience not required, but will be given priority Must have an upbeat attitude and enjoy coordinating with people Ideal candidate will possess: • experience handling customers in a kind, professional manner • experience using database software, Microsoft Office and email • strong communication skills both verbally and written • ability to present the company in positive and supportive manner • ability to manage social media accounts is a plus Please submit a resume or cover letter describing direct printing experience
