The Marketing Design position is responsible for producing design, print media, digital media, social, and marketing for Minuteman Press of Toledo. • Lead visual design and implementation for marketing campaigns • Create progressive and consistent visuals • Actively participate in creative and strategic brainstorming sessions • See projects through from conceptual phases to final preparation • Produce a range of print-related design solutions and digital • Take on special design tasks to support multiple projects • Give and solicit honest feedback to continually improve the business direction • Confidently present your work to the team • Produce copy for emails, ads, and other marketing material • Test the responsiveness of all assets for all platforms and analyze their effectiveness • Archive artwork properly to be filed for future reference • Able to search and pull files from server • Preparing files for digital printers and offset press • Educate customers on properly preparing files for print • Learn new software • Must possess the ability to push, pull or lift weights in excess of 50 pounds • Operate in-house digital printers and maintain • Perform other related duties assigned Mid-Senior level Full-time
