Mociun - Ecommerce Assistant

Mociun is seeking a multidisciplinary ecommerce and graphic design assistant to bridge our web presence and creative content. As an integral part of the team, this role will be responsible for supporting the ecommerce and creative team in digital and visual content for brand identity assets, social media, website, and other mediums as needed. This role requires an enthusiastic and analytical candidate that is diligent with deadlines, organizational systems, and multitasking. The successful candidate will be passionate about data and information systems, enjoy art and design, and be excited by the prospect of working collaboratively as a part of a team. Key Job Responsibilities Ecommerce \\- Create product collections seasonally, update and remerchandising as needed \\- Review product listings for accuracy of information and ensure that they are free from errors \\- Maintain archive of press features \\- Upload videos to Vimeo and connect to products \\- Resize photos and upload to products \\- Add photo descriptions (alt text) to product photos for ADA compliance \\- Conduct weekly website audits to ensure that all aspects of the site are functional and aesthetically pleasing \\- Report any bugs or areas of improvement to supervisor in a timely manner \\- Provide suggestions for optimization \\- Track and analyze KPIs and contribute to regular performance reports; using this information to: \\- Create/update/merchandise collections \\- Develop and plan email campaigns Social Media \\- Maintain and merchandise Pinterest boards \\- Maintain product catalogues across social media platforms Creative Production \\- Organize photo assets for post production, renaming photos and organizing in dropbox \\- Assist with brand identity projects \\- Create client facing design mockups, as needed \\- Edit and organize video assets Email Marketing \\- Create compelling email marketing flows and campaigns through Klaviyo \\- Reproduce new email campaigns from templates, using new products, etc.
