Key Responsibilities • Design high-converting ad creatives for digital advertising campaigns • Create compelling email templates and graphics that boost engagement • Design landing pages that enhance user experience and drive conversions • Produce video thumbnails, lower thirds, and motion graphics for video content Qualifications • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Strong skills in Figma or Sketch for digital design • Video editing experience with tools like Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar • Motion graphics capabilities for creating engaging short-form content • Solid understanding of design fundamentals: typography, color theory, layout, and hierarchy • Knowledge of platform-specific requirements and best practices for social media • Experience designing conversion-focused marketing materials Nice to Have • Basic UX/UI design knowledge • Experience with email marketing platforms • Understanding of marketing metrics and data-driven design • Animation skills • Photography or photo editing experience Success in This Role Looks Like • Consistently delivering 15-20 high-quality design assets per week • Creating content that increases social media engagement by 20%+ • Designing ads and landing pages that improve conversion rates • Meeting deadlines with 95%+ on-time delivery • Collaborating smoothly with the marketing team • Building efficient systems and templates for recurring content needs
