Assists in the design and execution of marketing materials for digital and print advertisement. Essential Responsibilities • Design print and digital materials for the companies, individual loan officers and their real estate partners. • Report to Senior Designer to ensure all outgoing graphics and materials adhere to brand standards and compliance regulations. Minimum Required Skills & Competencies • Good Typography, page layout and photo editing skills • Proficient in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat • Knowledge of print design and production • Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently and as a team member • Ability to adapt fast to changing priorities and meet deadlines • Good verbal and written communication skill • Strong customer service skills • AAS in Graphic Design or BA in Graphic Design
