This role empowers you to bring fresh visual concepts to LinkedIn, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and more, directly impacting business outcomes.Job Description We’re excited to announce a new consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. As Motion & Graphic Designer, you’ll create compelling visuals and short‑form video content, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and design assets that support A/B tests and other optimization strategies to drive our clients’ digital marketing KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesCraft design assets for ad sets and landing pages backed by data to improve digital marketing KPIs.Produce motion graphics and short‑form video cutdowns optimized for platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.Adapt existing video assets into high‑performing ad units tailored to platform specifications and attention spans.Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals.Support Abe’s internal marketing with compelling creative that stands out.Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while creatively adapting to different audience segments and platforms.Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and Crazyegg.Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat‑mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions.Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while communicating effectively with project management and stakeholders to provide status updates and ensure project needs are met.Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to CRO and user experience design.Qualifications1–3 years of graphic design experience, focused on performance‑driven creative and CRO.1 year of motion graphics experience.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and basic video editing with Premiere Pro or After Effects.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.Knowledge of performance marketing metrics (A/B testing, CRO analytics, heat‑mapping) and experience designing for performance‑driven campaigns.BenefitsCompetitive salary range $70,000–$80,000 USD (annual base salary).Health insurance (medical, dental, vision) and life insurance with 100% employer‑paid coverage for employees, 50% employer contribution for dependents.Unlimited PTO, paid company holidays, birthday off, end‑of‑year recharge, paid parental leave.401(k) with 3% company match, traditional and Roth options.Annual bonus based on tenure, scaling over time.Meticulous mental, physical, and financial support: access to mental‑health services, fitness programs, financial planning resources, and more.Work Environment Requirements Remote‑first company based in the United States; occasional travel to our Irvine, California office is optional.
