Motion Graphic Designer - New Venues (Nightlife & Hospitality)

Motion Designer (Nightlife & Hospitality) We’re seeking a highly skilled Motion Designer to lead dynamic, high-impact promotional content across RDG brands. • Design high-impact motion graphics for DJ marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives across RDG brands • Develop scalable visual systems that can be implemented consistently across multiple venues • Create dynamic, rhythm-driven edits synced to music and event energy • Build reusable motion templates to support recurring campaigns and lineup updates • Adapt creative across social platforms and in-venue screens • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to structured approval timelines • Collaborate closely with the Creative and Social Media Team and report directly to the Senior Creative Lead • Maintain brand integrity while pushing creative boundaries • Stay current with motion trends, nightlife aesthetics, and evolving digital formats
