Designers at CONNECTIVE work across a wide range of projects, including: Bringing identity systems, logo suites, and brand guidelines to life through motion Custom microanimations and interactive website elements , Social media campaigns, digital advertising, and marketing graphics that are then brought to life through motion Storyboarding animated explainer videos to translate complex ideas into clear visual narratives Motion graphics and animation for videos, digital campaigns, and social content Interactive annual reports and publications Qualifications 3–6 years of professional motion/graphic design experience in an agency, in-house, or similar collaborative environment Motion graphics and animation experience in After Effects and other animation software Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, Illustrator, Photoshop) Experience designing brand systems, marketing campaigns, and digital assets across digital channels Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to clearly explain and defend design decisions in internal discussions A portfolio demonstrating strong illustration, animation, typography, layout systems, visual hierarchy, and conceptual thinking
